As a Performing Loan Consultant, you'll serve as a key point of contact for homeowners, helping them navigate mortgage questions and find solutions during very important moments in their lives. This is a fulltime, onsite role in Tempe, AZ with longterm growth potential. Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for homeowner inquiries via inbound and outbound calls. * Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive and confidential financial information. * Speak with homeowners who are past due on their mortgage, identify the reason for delinquency, and help create customized payment solutions. * Assist inbound callers with general mortgage servicing questions, including escrow, website support, and payoff inquiries. * Process mortgage payments accurately and efficiently. * Refer eligible customers to refinancing teams when appropriate. * Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately. * Meet daily performance goals in a fastpaced, teamoriented call center environment. * Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and professional standards. Qualifications * Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ, Monday-Friday. * Open availability to work 8hour shifts between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM. * English fluency required; Spanish/bilingual required. * Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor. * Customerfocused mindset with the ability to remain calm and empathetic. * Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and multiple systems simultaneously. * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. * Must be able to start on April 27, 2026 or May 11, 2026, with no planned time off in the first 30 days. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
