KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Engineer to join our Advisory Services practice. Responsibilities: Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning, designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations within SailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security requirements Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; your deep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdles Work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practices for ongoing ISC administration and governance Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information security, or a related field is required; SailPoint professional certifications (for example: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferred Proven application onboarding and migration expertise; demonstrated experience leading at least one significant migration project from a legacy IAM solution (for example: Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC Deep understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering; proven understanding of IAM and governance concepts, security controls, and regulatory requirements related to access governance (for example: SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) The ability to lead a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and mentor other team members.
