KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Engineer to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning, designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations within SailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security requirements
  • Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; your deep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdles
  • Work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practices for ongoing ISC administration and governance
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, information security, or a related field is required; SailPoint professional certifications (for example: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferred
  • Proven application onboarding and migration expertise; demonstrated experience leading at least one significant migration project from a legacy IAM solution (for example: Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC
  • Deep understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering; proven understanding of IAM and governance concepts, security controls, and regulatory requirements related to access governance (for example: SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • The ability to lead a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and mentor other team members.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive complex identity governance initiatives
  • Ability to travel as required
