Our Integrated Behavioral Health program operates across Providence primary care and pediatric clinics, offering two models of care. In Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH), you'll practice with a wide scope, meeting patients in the clinic where they already show up - no waitlists, no siloed referrals, just meaningful connections with people who might never walk through the door of a traditional therapy office. In Collaborative Care (CoCM), you'll provide episodic, structured therapy alongside psychiatric consultation, supporting patients through a team-based, measurement-informed approach. Both models ask the same things of you: agility, a broad clinical toolkit, and the conviction that focused, well-timed therapeutic work can shift the course of someone's health. You'll pivot across populations and presentations, draw on a wide range of interventional skills, and deliver care that treats the whole person. And you won't do it alone. You'll join a dedicated team of behavioral health professionals - working shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, nurses, and care team members - who get it: the work, the pace, and the difference this model makes for patients who need us most. This is a combined posting for a Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Social Worker LCSW. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities, and/or payers.
