Apply today and see what sets Interstates apart What You'll Do Be the first point of contact by answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and warmth Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression Support building and team communication Manage calendars and assist with scheduling Keep the office environment organized, stocked, and running smoothly Maintain and restock office supplies Provide general administrative support and anticipate team needs What We're Looking For Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred) 1+ year of related administrative or office experience Location & Travel This role will be based out of our Sioux Falls, SD office Limited travel may be required, up to 10% Why This Role Matters This role is key to keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting both office and field teams.
