*Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish/English)* *Location:* Austin, TX
*Employment Type:* ContracttoHire *Schedule:* Hybrid (Only 2 days per month onsite) *Role Overview* We're looking for a *Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Representative* to support inbound patient calls and provide exceptional member services. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare call center experience who enjoys helping members navigate important coverage and enrollment needs while working mostly remote. * Required Qualifications* * Fluent in *Spanish and English* (spoken and written) * *1+ years of recent healthcare experience* in a call center, customer service, or health insurance setting * Handson experience handling *inbound patient or member calls* * Reliable *highspeed internet* for remote work * *High School Diploma or GED* * Preferred Skills* * Retail sales or customer support background * Sales, enrollment, or upsell experience * Marketplace enrollment or managed care experience (highly desirable) *Key Responsibilities* * Handle inbound member calls related to: * PCP changes * ID card requests * Member portal access * Demographic updates * Review and interpret member accounts and provider data to resolve inquiries efficiently * Support enrollment activities using consultative sales techniques * Accurately document all interactions in internal systems * Identify and report communication or equipment issues * Meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity benchmarks * Safeguard member privacy and confidential company information * Assist with additional duties as needed to support team success *Work Environment & Schedule* * *Hybrid role:* Onsite only *2 days per month* in Austin, TX * Team structure: *13 representatives + 1 supervisor* * *Training:* Conducted onsite (typically a few days to up to 2 weeks) * *Shifts:* Any 8hour shift between *6:00 AM - 6:00 PM* (rotating) * *Weekend rotation:* One team member works either Saturday or Sunday (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) * *Breaks:* Two 15minute breaks and one 1hour lunch *Why This Role Matters* You'll be a vital connection between members and their healthcare coverage-helping ensure access, clarity, and a positive experience. Your work directly supports member satisfaction, efficient operations, and the overall success of the team. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
