Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Customer Service Representative to support our Mortgage Service Center through July 1, 2026. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail who enjoys assisting customers and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Answer inbound mortgage-related phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner * Process customer requests including auto-pay setup, name and address changes * Update and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems * Process and manage returned mail * Provide general mortgage servicing support as needed Qualifications: * Strong customer service and phone communication skills * Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle confidential information professionally * Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Why Join Us: * Competitive hourly pay * Free parking * Great opportunity to gain mortgage servicing experience If you're available to start ASAP and can commit through July 1, 2026, we'd love to connect.
