Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Preferred Locations Include: Lisle, IL; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX Travel: Approximately 40-50% travel across North America, with minimal global travel Compensation: Base salary + Sales Incentive Plan + Company Car (compensation will vary based on experience and location) Your Job Molex is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across key ODM and EMS customers in the Americas. In this role, you will own and expand some of our most strategic customer relationships, influencing long-term account strategy and driving growth across complex, high-value opportunities. This role is a highly skilled individual contributor sales leader reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales, offering strong leadership visibility and the opportunity to influence both regional and global account strategy. Our Team Join Molex's Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) organization, a corporate sales team at the center of our growth strategy, partnering across business units to win and expand our most strategic accounts. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000-$170,000 annually. Base pay is determined by factors such as market data, location, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, which may be paid as a cash bonus or other form of incentive. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
