Preferred Locations Include: Lisle, IL; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX

Travel: Approximately 40-50% travel across North America, with minimal global travel

Compensation: Base salary + Sales Incentive Plan + Company Car (compensation will vary based on experience and location)

Your Job

Molex is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across key ODM and EMS customers in the Americas. In this role, you will own and expand some of our most strategic customer relationships, influencing long-term account strategy and driving growth across complex, high-value opportunities.

This role is a highly skilled individual contributor sales leader reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales, offering strong leadership visibility and the opportunity to influence both regional and global account strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high value, strategic ODM and EMS accounts across the Americas
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on long-term, profitable growth and customer expansion
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Create and drive new opportunity pipelines through proactive account planning and deep customer engagement
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value sales opportunities from discovery through closure
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to support customer success
  • Support major customer negotiations and ensure sustainable long-term partnerships
  • Utilize sales tools effectively, including forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
  • Drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth and identify new design and business opportunities within assigned accounts

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment
  • Strong experience developing account strategies and driving measurable, profitable growth within large, strategic customers
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially at the executive level
  • Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes across technical and commercial teams

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience mentoring others or leading cross-functional initiatives, with the potential to grow into a supervisory role
  • Direct experience working with ODM and EMS customers or within complex manufacturing ecosystems
  • Experience in electronics, connectivity, or technical solution-based sales environments
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience identifying and winning new design opportunities within existing accounts

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000-$170,000 annually. Base pay is determined by factors such as market data, location, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, which may be paid as a cash bonus or other form of incentive.
