Description and Requirements About the Position Lenovo's IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) Global Marketing team is hiring a Director of Worldwide Strategy & Planning. This leadership position is responsible for defining and driving Lenovo IDG's global marketing strategy and leading annual and multi-year planning for the PC business. Operating at the intersection of global, geo-level, and business unit teams, this role ensures alignment, investment rigor, and measurable business impact. A key focus of this position is its role in IDG Marketing's multi-year AI transformation agenda. You will contribute to strategy, alignment, and impact assessment of key initiatives across the organization (segment marketing, PR & Comms, events, Media COE), in partnership with central teams. This position is remote with EST working hours. Our ideal candidate brings strong strategy and planning experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $165-185k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is remote with EST working hours.
