Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain current knowledge of bank regulations. Prepare and lead monitoring programs and may instruct junior officers or other staff conducting monitoring. Review and analyze advertising materials. Perform research to determine what regulations are impacted and decide if the materials are in compliance. Provide approval on advertising materials to marketing. Research regulations to respond to questions from other departments of the bank. Facilitate the completion of compliance related projects. Assist in managing Regulatory Compliance Examinations.
