Job Summary

This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, managing warehouse racking, receiving and storing products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring warehouse organization and housekeeping. The position requires self-motivation, teamwork, and basic proficiency with hand tools. Candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following established safety and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store products in assigned locations.
• Load and unload trucks according to established procedures.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product safety at all times.
• Follow all standard operating procedures for assigned tasks.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork in completing tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months recent warehouse experience with sit-down forklift operation.
• No more than three months gap in work history.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and follow directions from management.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
