Architect the Future of Global Finance: Corporate Controller (SaaS Transformation)

What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the primary architect of a global finance service delivery model, directly influencing capital allocation decisions and shaping the future of a multibillion-dollar technology leader. You won't just manage the books; you will lead a multi-year roadmap to modernize accounting processes for a software-centric business, making a tangible impact on how we measure and drive ARR growth. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Lead a high-impact finance transformation, implementing AI-driven tools and automation to move toward a continuous close and predictive forecasting model. * Partner with executive leadership across AECO, Field Systems, and Transportation segments to deliver real-time financial insights that drive customer retention and ARR. * Spearhead the consolidation and streamlining of global ERP platforms to create a unified, efficient operating model. * Oversee global consolidations for dozens of international entities, ensuring high-speed accuracy and rigorous compliance with SEC and SOX standards. * Serve as the technical expert for complex accounting issues, including ASC 606 and the integration of strategic M&A activities. Essential Skills & Experience * You have 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership in a global, public technology company with at least $1B in revenue. * You possess a deep expertise in SaaS and subscription lifecycles, specifically regarding ARR, churn, and CLV metrics. * You are a certified CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * You have a proven track record of managing international teams and navigating complex foreign currency and statutory reporting environments. * You have extensive experience with Tier 1 ERP systems like Oracle or SAP and have successfully implemented finance automation. Bonus Points For: * Experience leading a large-scale shift from hardware-centric to software-as-a-service financial reporting. * Advanced proficiency in AI-enabled anomaly detection and reconciliation tools. * Strong history of successfully integrating large-scale global acquisitions.
