What you'll do:

Trials and Rentals Team Lead is responsible for making sure that the processes and documents related to this function are followed and maintained. This position coordinates tasks with team members to achieve daily goals set by Continuous Improvement Manager. Expectations for this position will be set by the Director of Fulfillment and Logistics and the Continuous Improvement Manager will be held accountable for those expectations.

This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.

As a Trials and Rentals Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Manages, leads, and coordinates team members tasks to ensure successful attainment of goals

• Manages and improves quality of the products shipped to customers

• Manages order flow open orders and pick, pack, and ship products and accessories to customers

• Manage all tech trainings and complete all training logs

• Ensures that packages are shipped on a timely basis in good quality and consults with Product Placement Techs

• Gives instructions to employees regarding jobs to be completed and the proper method in which to complete them

• Improve communication between departments

• Make sure that the procedures and processes are maintained and improved upon for Product Placement

• Reports on safety issues in the department, productivity and goals

• Determine the department goals and make sure they are followed

• Perform various other duties as assigned

• Functional test and add software images to devices

• Test assembled parts to confirm operational performance and trouble shoot rejected items

• Review open orders and pick, pack and ship products and accessories to customer

• Based upon packing slip, prepare package for shipment according to carrier instructions for UPS

• Receive, inspect and post items back into stock daily

• Investigate and resolve situations where items received are not properly documented in the daily receipt log

• Perform various other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 5+ years' experience

• Hands-on or formal transportation training

• Internet navigation skills

• Familiarity with transportation software

• Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions

• Detail oriented

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
