HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

As the Plant Controller, Manager USA(IL - Downers Grove), you will own and direct all financial functions for the manufacturing site. You will serve as a critical business partner to the Plant Manager, Plant Leadership Team, and the broader Supply Chain Finance organization. Your work will directly influence operating performance, cost optimization, internal controls, and long-term value creation for the site and the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Act as a key financial and strategic business partner to the Plant Management Team; contribute to plant strategy development and execution of the annual operating plan, driving year-over-year performance improvements

  • Direct and manage all financial and accounting functions for the plant, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and management accounting/reporting

  • Lead the development of operating plans, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making

  • Review and advise leadership on financial and budgetary requirements; establish financial goals in partnership with plant and corporate leadership

  • Lead plant and corporate Enabler (cost savings) initiatives to drive year-over-year productivity improvements

  • Provide financial leadership for all aspects of plant supply chain management; clearly communicate financial risks and opportunities to plant and corporate leadership

  • Direct timely and accurate financial closings

  • Oversee preparation of plant financial reports; analyze and report manufacturing efficiency variances and determine corrective actions

  • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, properly classified, and prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • Maintain strong internal accounting controls, ensure SOX compliance, and safeguard company assets

  • Drive strategic business analysis focused on short- and long-term value creation

  • Serve as a proactive financial leader, providing guidance and mentoring to plant staff on all financial matters

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong ability to partner effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Proven data analytics capabilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience

  • SAP experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$115,000-$165,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
