Job description: Develop Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics best practices and training across multiple operating companies. Set the vision for enhancing web analytics and connecting end-to-end CX journey analytics to drive Lead Generation and Lead Conversion. Develop the SEO and CMS Analytics Product Roadmap. Influences Dover's software development and engineering teams and troubleshoot technical issues to prepare for engineering tasks and product releases in order to deliver a repeatable analytics capability. Collaborate with the business to manage and prioritize issue resolution and enhancements. Act as a trusted advisor with marketing, customer experience, innovation, and commercial COE teams regarding the SEO and Analytics strategy. Be accountable for business outcomes driven by CX products. Enhance program deployment and support methodologies for CMS work. Drive critical cross-functional programs for deployment of solutions. Coordinate critical milestone meetings and steering committees. Guide stakeholders through business cases and governance. Telecommuting permitted up to three days per week. Domestic travel required up to 10%. Job requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Analytics, or a related field and five (5) years of related work experience. Must have three (3) years of experience in all of the following: Commercial analytics; Managing projects involving industrial products and solutions; Planning and executing digital transformation initiatives; Managing data omnichannel analytics for commercial activation and marketing needs; Liaising with software development, e-commerce, engineering, R & D, legal, finance, marketing, communications, or other stakeholders. Must have two (2) years of experience in all of the following: Managing project budgets; Reporting on project progress to executives; Acting in a lead role in the manufacturing industry; and Leading geographically distributed teams. Must have one (1) year of experience in all of the following: Agile deployments; Adwords, content marketing, and mobile marketing; Adobe Analytics; Google Analytics or Tableau; Web design Tools and website tag management concepts; and Google Search Console and Search Engine Optimization for publishing web content. PMP Certification valid and maintained for at least three (3) years. Work Arrangement : Hybrid Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $201,000.00annually This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
