Human Services Professional - Part-Time (30 hrs/week)

Brown County CCS | Benefit Eligible

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a part-time, benefit-eligible Human Services Professional (30 hours/week) to support the Brown County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This role provides parent education, skill-building, and psychoeducation services for children, adults, and families.

Services are delivered in the community, including homes, schools, and public locations, and require frequent travel within Brown County and some evening hours based on client need.


What You'll Do

  • Provide individual skill development, parent education, and psychoeducation services
  • Support clients using trauma-informed, person- and family-centered approaches
  • Participate on recovery teams and collaborate with clients, families, and clinicians
  • Complete documentation, time reporting, and maintain client records
  • Coordinate services and connect clients to community resources
  • Maintain a flexible schedule based on client need


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Community Mental Health, or related)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet LSS driving requirements
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and document accurately
