As a Security Ambassador Officer Bike Patrol in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at public buildings, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned locations and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify unusual conditions, and report maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, interact with visitors, employees, and members of the public, and communicate directions, policies, and/or assistance requests in a professional manner.
• Support local staff and first responders during alarms, medical calls, and/or other emergency situations while following post orders and established response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
