As a Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal in an aero and defense location, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and emergency communication activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and coordinate security-related responses in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, maintenance issues, medical situations, and other urgent matters while relaying accurate information to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other records, helping to support communication, situational awareness, and continuity of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and communication, and help to identify unusual activity around the business and perimeter as conditions vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
