We're looking for a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in recruiting top-tier Sales talent at Echo. This is a high-visibility role where you'll partner directly with sales leadership, shape our hiring strategy, and play a critical role in scaling our business.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle:

  • Proactively source and build pipelines of high-potential sales candidates

  • Conduct behavioral-based phone and in-person interviews

  • Evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, and overall fit

  • Create detailed candidate profiles and recommendations for hiring managers

Be the candidate experience:

  • Act as the face of Echo for prospective hires

  • Clearly communicate role expectations, company culture, and career growth

  • Coordinate interviews, shadowing sessions, and follow-ups

  • Deliver compelling job offers and close top talent

Partner & influence:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders, HR, and Training teams

  • Support onboarding to ensure a seamless new hire experience

  • Help strengthen and evolve Echo's employment brand

Stay organized & data-driven:

  • Manage candidate pipelines and track activity within ATS

  • Ensure timely communication and movement through the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)

Compensation

$64,200-$79,250 per year This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
