The average length of stay is 3-4 days, and the nurse patient ratio is 1:1 or 1:2. Skill mix between experienced and newer nurses: mostly nurses with 2-5 years ICU experience. Maybe 25% with greater than 10 years, and maybe 25% less than 2 years.As a mixed ICU unit, you never know what you will get. United is at the cutting edge of many cardiac procedures and has great employee experience scores and patient experience scores.Key Position Details: Tier 1: current ICU experience Tier 2: current telemetry/cardiac experience Tier 3: current hospital experience
Job Description: Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. Pay Range Pay Range: $42.92 to $71.47 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
