  • Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Dedicated to the success of the overall TSMC Arizona account P&L. Cultivate and facilitate account strategies. Continuously advance customer satisfaction. Share and provide solutions from the entire product portfolio. Guide and support the full sales journey.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicated to the overall account P&L-cultivating sustainable and profitable growth across all possible product lines.

  • Collaborate on and implement account strategies to meet financial target objectives.

  • Nurture and implement programs to continuously advance customer satisfaction.

  • Share and provide solutions from the entire product portfolio.

  • Guide and facilitate the full sales journey.

  • Facilitate quality processes for the commercial organization.

  • Nurture and sustain high-quality relationships with the customer.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of market landscapes and industry trends.

  • Facilitate the measurement, promotion, and forecast demand for the products and services of the organization in relation to existing or emerging customer needs, including business development and related technical services.

  • Partner across the team to deliver on the commercial commitments made to the marketplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, or Business related field

  • 8+ years of electronics gas, specialty materials, chemical or service experience to the semiconductor or a related industry

  • Demonstrated leadership in identifying, prospecting and procuring new business

  • Good understanding of the IC customers' application & technology, 5 and 3 nanometers logic specific knowledge preferred

  • Direct experience and with good understanding of Advanced Materials, Specialty materials for high technology fab is required

  • Exceptional presentation skills and demeanor at all levels of a customer's organization

  • Flexible and innovative in terms of developing new value added solutions for customer needs

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly out of and within the Air Liquide organization

  • Excellent writing, verbal and listening communication skills needed for proposal development and presentation, contract negotiation and effective closing

  • Able to navigate the web effectively and has a good understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint software platforms

  • Organization and planning skills for multitasking are required

  • Up to 50% travel with the majority in a predetermined geography including international if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science

  • Field sales experience in the semiconductor marketplace

  • 3-5 years direct experience with Electronics Tier-1 customer's PCN, STC and quality process
