Enterprise Resources oversees the organization's core support functions, including Human Resources, Strategy & Project Management, and Enterprise Support Services. The division supports enterprise talent acquisition, drives long-term strategic priorities, and manages corporate facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and well-aligned operations across the company. Primary Responsibilities
This Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to executives. The incumbent is responsible for initiating, organizing, and handling special projects for the executive. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accomplishment of all basic administrative functions, confidential and otherwise. The incumbent has contact with the company's executive staff and managers, members of the Board of Directors, providers, subscribers, group representatives, other executives and other community leaders. With these individuals, the incumbent must deal effectively in the stressful and/or strategic situations, presenting an excellent image for the Company. Summary of Qualifications
