  • Familiarize yourself with and apply procedures and instructions associated with the shipping department

  • Support order flow to ensure timely delivery for our customers and meet shipping commitments

  • Verify the customer PO matches the invoice * Verify lot codes on the invoice match the cylinders

  • Verify the quantity of cylinders, regulators, cases and/or tubing

  • Accurately print and adhere labels for each cylinder with attention to detail

  • Verify UN number for each cylinder and apply the appropriate label

  • Ensure the correct regulator is with the order and apply the appropriate label

  • Perform final inspection to maintain our high standards of quality

  • Carefully box each order using the designed box with the appropriate labels

  • Prepare shipping paperwork using FedEx and/or UPS or customer requested shipping carrier

  • Apply shipping paperwork and appropriate labels to the box

  • Support the team in meeting our daily commitments and schedules

  • Work as a team to advance our collective goals and foster a smooth workflow

  • Flexibility to support the team in other areas as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Certification: Required: ISO Awareness Course

  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Using analytical and observation skills demonstrate the ability to set a course or direction, which fulfills the vision and expectations in maintaining the highest level of Quality in the industry.

  • ISO Awareness Course and HAZMAT/IATA Training * FedEx and/or UPS Training

  • Willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas as needed as well as all areas of quality assurance

  • Winning candidate will be DETAIL-ORIENTED and good at data entry with strong keyboard/computer skills and the ability to accurately and quickly type/copy information from paperwork into labeling or shipping software

  • Time-management and the ability to observe and follow the order-flow where needed is very important. We operate on a deadline everyday (the time the courier picks up the packages) so it is imperative that our employees have the ability to manage their time effectively to meet daily deadlines.
