We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized POH Data Reporting & Administrative Specialist to support our Social Services Department and Pathway of Hope (POH) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating reports, and supporting program operations in a mission-driven environment. Compensation Range: $28.42 to $33.44/hourly, based on experience. Central Territory Headquarters LI Job Objective: The POH Data Reporting and Administrative Specialist will provide SIMS technical support for the licensed users and complete basic system administrator duties to support the SIMS database. The position will access and provide SIMS data reports upon request that address information on POH enrollments and outcomes. The position will coordinate the completion of national, territorial, and divisional grant reports including a summary of expenses and activities to address programmatic requirements. This position will also provide administrative assistance to Social Service Department, Pathway of Hope, staff, general assistance in department assignments/projects, and maintain and update Social Service databases and technologies. Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Work or a related social services field. Experience: Four years' experience in any of the following: data management, data analysis, business administrative support or social work. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Travel: Limited travel; a maximum of five evenings/weekend days to coordinate trainings or special events per year Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include good speaking, hearing and vision ability, excellent manual dexterity Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office environment.
