KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Events and Meetings Tech, Data and Operations to join our Events and Meetings organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the strategic roadmap for Events and Meetings (E&M) technology, focusing on Cvent-Salesforce integrations, while providing operational support, driving process improvements, and managing incident resolution and enhancement prioritization
  • Guide and mentor nearshore and offshore delivery teams, coordinate projects, and oversee the onboarding, career development, and performance of team members, counselees, and peers
  • Act as the primary relationship owner and escalation contact for internal partners, key vendors, and industry partners to ensure strategic goals and technical initiatives are successfully fulfilled
  • Proactively initiate and implement new ideas to enhance service offerings, improve the user and attendee experience, and expand the team's overall impact and value
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead the analysis of large data sets to create insightful reports on volume, spend, trends, and outcomes to meet client objectives
  • Leverage deep technical and event management expertise to act as a subject matter expert, drive business outcomes, and ensure seamless support for all internal stakeholder
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in the Events industry, with a preference for a background in professional services or a corporate events team focused on event planning technology and five years of direct people leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership and foster a client-focused, team-oriented environment
  • High-level knowledge of the Cvent strategic meeting management platform
  • Demonstrated experience with event platform integrations, specifically Cvent to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and general experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. California Salary Range: $75240 - $175950
