Job Description




As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also support access awareness, report activity, and deliver outstanding customer service through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical processing location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and document daily activities, observations, and incidents in required reports.
  • Support emergency procedures by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, helping with controlled access, and following post orders during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required by the client.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
