Position Summary: The Omnify Business Development Coordinator supports sales and implementation of Omnify products and services and is knowledgeable about all facets of employee benefit accounts. This role creates proposals and presentations, conducts research for the department, and supports all areas of the team with broker and client relations. This individual is also responsible for providing support to management in coordinating overall department projects, including reporting, analysis and marketing. Essential Functions:
- Provide a high standard of customer service to brokers and prospective clients.
- Keep informed on what the competition is offering to ensure the bank's product is competitive and advantageous.
- Create proposals and keep track of proposal lifecycle; assist in creating presentations for both Business Development and Department Manager
- Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory changes and communicate these with brokers and prospects.
- Update CRM system for Business Development.
- Serve as a secondary contact for employer groups and brokers.
- Responsible for implementation of small HSA/FSA-groups.
- Work directly with Business Development Manager to onboard non-HSA clients and services.
- Monitor, conduct a quarterly review of, and update department guides, Omnify website, marketing materials, forms, and proposal templates (Implementation, Contribution Manager, and all benefit products).
- Primary point of contact for marketing department.
- Assist the department manager with research, reporting, tracking, and other departmental initiatives, including the monthly Trust Committee report.
- Create legal agreements in DocuSign for management to sign off on.
- Coordinate special projects as needed within Omnify.
- Responsible for the creation of LinkedIn content, including holiday closures, tax emails, blog articles, limit increases, and newsletters.
- Point of contact for internal retail referrals.
- Provide back up support to the Customer Care team for calls and claims.
- Research and update departmental statistics and national statistics for Business Development, Education and Relationship Managers.
- Assist Management with scheduling special events, travel, team certifications, and conference registrations.
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate department events, including but not limited to team-member celebrations, client celebrations, department outings, and National HSA Day, golf, summer event, holiday cards, etc.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies and coordinating repairs of office equipment, HVAC, etc.
- Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training: follow internal processes and controls as required.
- Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Four year college degree required.
- Previous administrative assistant experience required.
- Previous research and content creation experience preferred.
- Experience in presenting to groups preferred.
- Strong understanding of consumer-driven health product guidelines and rules preferred.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint required. InDesign experience would be a bonus!
- Valid Nebraska Driver's license.

Working Environment: Indoor work not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards. Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to ten pounds.
