Position Summary:

In the Manager, Program Management - DSMI position, you'll lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs that bring proprietary products to market. You'll drive strategic alignment, execution excellence, and delivery visibility across Engineering, Category, and Supply Chain teams. This role is responsible for evolving program management frameworks, removing barriers, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact initiatives while leading and developing a team of Project Managers.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and drive execution across a portfolio of complex programs spanning product development, cost optimization, and quality initiatives within DSMI's proprietary brand portfolio.

  • Own and continuously evolve DSMI's PMO operating model, including tools, dashboards, governance, and operating cadences to enhance visibility, prioritization, and execution.

  • Establish and scale program management best practices that improve consistency, accountability, and delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and address resource gaps to ensure successful program execution.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and accelerate delivery.

  • Partner with senior leaders to align program priorities with strategic objectives and drive informed decision-making.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering strong performance, growth, and accountability.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience within product development, manufacturing, or supply chain environments

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs with significant interdependencies

  • Experience building and scaling program management frameworks, tools, and operating models

  • Proficiency with program and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%

  • Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile SAFe, or PROSCI preferred

  • Experience in consumer product development, contract manufacturing, or regulated industries
