Shift: 1st 2nd or 3rd Shift

What Makes You a Solid Fit

• High school diploma required
• Previous printing press experience required; Heidelberg experience preferred
• Ability to pass Ishihara color vision test, mechanical aptitude test, and screenings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of press operations, color management, and print production
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple jobs
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Your Spot on the Line

• Set up and operate printing press equipment based on job specifications
• Review job orders for quantities, stock, colors, and special instructions
• Monitor press performance, adjusting speed and settings for quality and efficiency
• Supervise and direct press crew, including feeder operators
• Maintain color consistency and print quality throughout production
• Complete job documentation, including load tags, production data, and reports
• Perform press maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning during changeovers
• Ensure smooth shift transitions with presses running and ready
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
