ITS Operations Job Description
The Senior Manager, Information Technology - Network & Telecommunication is a hands-on, dynamic leader responsible for overseeing and actively contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Network and Telecommunication team within Information Technology Services (ITS). This role provides direct management of technical staff while also serving as a senior technical resource, driving the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing network and telecommunications services. Working closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and campus partners, the Senior Manager IT supports the university's academic, research, and administrative missions by implementing strategic IT initiatives, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring that network infrastructure aligns with institutional goals and industry best practices. Bachelor's and 6+ years, Master's and 5+ years, or Doctorate and 3 years. 5+ years as supervisor/manager. Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range: $69,097.60 - 102,024.00 Application Materials
