What We Do:

MRI-Simmons measures consumer preferences, attitudes, and behaviors. We do this by collecting data through surveys and passively measured data in a way that is representative of the general population, applying data science and making sense of consumer data through enterprise-grade software. Marketers and media companies then use MRI-Simmons data and technology to develop marketing strategies, consumer segmentation schemes and media activation approaches. The MRI-Simmons Insights Product is a consumer intelligence and discovery platform that provides marketers with faster access to actionable consumer insights. Clients can also leverage MRI-Simmons data for enrichment, activation and measurement use cases.

About this job

As an Account Manager within our Commercial Partnerships and Media team, you will support the growth of existing client partnerships and media revenue by evangelizing MRISimmons solutions and delivering whiteglove client service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients-leveraging strong relationshipbuilding, consultative selling, and analytical skills to help clients solve business challenges using our industryleading data and activation products.

Starting with an established book of business, you will develop deep client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through upselling and crossselling MRISimmons solutions. This role may carry a quota and offers a strong pathway into sales or other growth roles within the organization.

We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and solutionsoriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, teambased environment and is eager to grow existing client business while elevating MRISimmons' profile as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop deep expertise across the full suite of MRISimmons products in order to deliver bestinclass client support
  • Build and maintain positive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with assigned clients
  • Serve as the daytoday client contact, coordinating ongoing support and account needs
  • Lead and coordinate account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion of MRISimmons solutions
  • Coordinate and deliver client training on MRISimmons software, data, and activation products
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, delivering a consistently high level of service
  • Manage partner royalty and revenue reporting, ensuring reconciliation with CRM systems and Finance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to identify and execute on revenuegenerating opportunities
  • Stay current on client initiatives to ensure successful delivery, followup, and development of case studies
  • Leverage MRISimmons data to align with client strategies, identify new business opportunities, participate in client meetings, and deliver actionable insights
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, customers, and objectives-and how MRISimmons solutions can support them
  • Create insightful presentations that educate clients on MRISimmons capabilities, data assets, and resources
  • Prepare integrated, researchbased presentations and proposals that position MRISimmons as a strategic consultant and partner
  • Partner with Sales representatives to identify strategic opportunities using a combination of industry insights and MRISimmons data
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in market research, advanced advertising, media, or a related industry (syndicated and/or custom research experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and apply consultative selling techniques
  • Ability to present, synthesize, and tell a compelling story with data
  • Working knowledge of syndicated consumer data (preferred)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Solid business acumen, problemsolving ability, and analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $78,500- $90,000.00.Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.Other benefits include flexible working environment, comprehensive health insurance, industry-leading parental leave, life insurance, education support and more.
