• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• 5+ years of overall business experience, preferably within a high-volume distribution center
• Strong leadership, team development, and employee relations skills
• Experience managing high-volume operations, inventory, and logistics processes
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and inventory control
• Ability to manage expenses and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and decision-making ability
• Ability to navigate complex situations and collaborate across multiple departments
• CDR certification (State of Florida) is required when applicable for pharmaceutical operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and production output
• Establish and maintain operational procedures for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling
• Lead and monitor daily performance to support high-volume operations (orders, lines, and revenue targets)
• Partner with leadership to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, including staffing, training, performance management, and employee development
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and strong employee relations
• Manage operational expenses, including freight, equipment repairs, and cost control initiatives
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate movement, storage, and tracking of materials (including Vendor Managed Inventory)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including pharmacy-related regulations when applicable (CDR responsibilities)
• Support sales teams by addressing customer concerns, resolving service issues, and maintaining high service levels
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and improving overall customer satisfaction
• Enforce safety standards and monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping practices
• Provide guidance and support to safety initiatives and committees
