Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 - 10-hour days)

These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in process operations or industrial plant environments
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical diagrams and instrumentation documentation
• OSHA experience and strong safety compliance background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in team environments

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs assisted)
• Stand, walk, climb stairs, and work at heights for extended periods
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions
• Wear full PPE, including chemical protective gear when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and Safe Work Instructions (SWI)
• Monitor plant conditions to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly
• Perform daily inspections and support housekeeping standards
• Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment as required
• Work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary
• Read and interpret OEM manuals, SDS documents, P&IDs, and control diagrams
• Conduct troubleshooting and support process optimization initiatives
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety training
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with QA/QC compliance and process reliability improvements
• Mentor and support team members to improve technical capability
