These are the qualifications that matter.



  • High school diploma or GED required (technical or trade experience preferred)
  • 4-5+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, or inventory/CMMS experience
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, inventory control, and maintenance planning
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail


Physical & Work Environment:



  • Manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments (hot/cold conditions possible)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent computer work and sitting; occasional physical movement required
  • May require after-hours or on-call support


Responsibilities:



  • Review and prioritize maintenance work orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Develop job plans including labor, materials, tools, time, and safety requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager using CMMS
  • Ensure all required materials, parts, and resources are available before scheduling work
  • Prepare requisitions and allocate costs for labor, parts, and maintenance expenses
  • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory levels to support downtime goals
  • Coordinate maintenance for company vehicles and forklifts
  • Track, review, and close out completed work orders with accurate documentation
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports
  • Monitor and support maintenance budget and cost control (Variable Overhead)
  • Maintain organized and efficient parts storage areas
  • Support emergency/after-hours parts requisition as needed
  • Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to preventive/predictive maintenance programs
