Responsibilities:



  • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP RUN
  • Ensure accuracy of wages, overtime, deductions, taxes, and benefits
  • Maintain employee payroll and HR records and ensure system accuracy
  • Review and approve payroll changes (pay rates, deductions, tax updates, etc.)
  • Support benefits, garnishments, and incentive/bonus programs
  • Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies or employee inquiries
  • Generate payroll and job costing reports
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
  • Maintain confidentiality and support HR administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of payroll and HRIS experience
  • Experience with ADP RUN or similar payroll systems and dealing with benefits/new hires
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • CPP certification preferred (not required)
