Vice President and Medical Director - Enterprise Job Locations

Responsibilities Summary: This position is part of the enterprise-wide Medical Office and is based at the IBR (primary) and CBC (secondary) divisions. This role is responsible for providing medical directorship for the technical and clinical operations of the blood center laboratories at IBR and CBC, as well as providing support and guidance to collections staff, other internal stakeholders, and customer hospitals. The position is expected to actively participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and continuous learning. Finally, the position supports management in making informed medical decision and develops and reviews medical oversight and responsibility for technical and medical policies. Job Responsibilities:
Provide medical support across the enterprise and for assigned blood center and transfusion services.
The salary rate for this position is $275,000.00/yr. IBR also offers comprehensive benefits (including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and sick days) to full and part-time employees, as well as the opportunity to participate in a 403(b)-retirement plan with a generous employer contribution.
