The Process Improvement Specialist Associate supports organizational quality and operational efficiency by leading small-scale process improvement projects. Utilizing foundational Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, this role conducts basic data collection and analysis to identify improvement opportunities. The Associate collaborates with project teams, manages project timelines, and ensures compliance with organizational requirements, while building foundational experience in structured problem-solving and process optimization under the guidance of senior team members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Leads small, well-defined performance improvement projects with guidance and support
- Collects and analyzes basic operational data to support decision-making
- Communicates project updates and needs to team members and stakeholders
- Develops and manages project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Ensures assigned projects follow organizational compliance and reporting standards
- Maintains accurate project documentation, records, and reports
- Participates in training, education sessions, and internal forums to build and maintain foundational knowledge of quality improvement principles
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, finance, management, engineering, or related field
Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: process improvement, quality assurance, data analysis, project coordination, healthcare operations, business analysis, performance measurement, or other analytical or operational roles
Equivalency: In lieu of a bachelor's degree, one year of directly related professional experience may substitute for each year of education. Advanced degrees in relevant fields may count toward up to one year of the required experience
Certification(s): Must complete Lean fundamentals training within 12 months of employment.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $66,083.89 to $99,125.84
