Are you a visionary creative ready to make a significant impact on a beloved brand's identity and client experience? We are seeking a talented individual to join a passionate marketing team, where you will be instrumental in executing creative strategies for diverse marketing programs. In this pivotal role, you will drive brand identity and lead the concept development and execution of various marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery across all channels, shaping how millions experience beauty.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with senior leadership on trend research and develop strategic marketing campaign concepts that deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

* Translate concepts into compelling visuals by building concept boards, photo briefs, and designing across multiple channels.

* Provide art direction to photographers and stylists, ensuring creative execution meets the highest standards.

* Manage projects and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

* Present creative concepts and campaigns effectively to various stakeholders.

* Partner closely with cross-functional teams including content, visual merchandising, and marketing to develop and deliver creative for a robust 360-degree client experience.

* Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners.

* Champion core values of client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.

**What You Bring:**

* 5-7 years of progressive design experience.

* A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, preferably in Graphic Design or Communication Design.

* Demonstrated experience in people management.

* Proficient knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

* Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong time management abilities, allowing you to effectively juggle multiple priorities.

* Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and disciplines.

* Excellent presentation skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

* In-depth knowledge and experience in the retail, beauty, or fashion industries, coupled with a deep understanding of current industry trends.

* The ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlines.
