We are seeking a Credentialing Compliance Specialist to join our team. Earn $25.68/hr Position Details The Credentialing Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's workforce compliance processes related to background screening, credential verification, and employment eligibility requirements. This role ensures that hiring and onboarding practices comply with organizational policies and applicable federal, state, and regulatory standards. Also, ensuring that Credentialing Team Members are trained appropriately to comply with departmental standards and practices. The Specialist develops and maintains credentialing procedures, conducts compliance audits of new hire records, and manages credentialing requirements across roles within the organization. This position partners closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Legal teams to maintain accurate documentation, support regulatory readiness, and identify opportunities to strengthen workforce compliance processes. The Specialist develops and maintains credentialing procedures, conducts compliance audits of new hire records, and manages credentialing requirements across roles within the organization.
