Job Description Apply a combination of advanced strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and analytical expertise to help Blue Cross NC's diversified investment arm (CCG). Develop healthcare strategies capitalizing on opportunities to meet the demands of Blue Cross NC and our diversified assets, including identifying new ideas for acquisition and/or investment. Drive innovation opportunities to deliver customer value and partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Support efforts to provide detailed understanding of the current and future market environment, develop insights, and identify opportunities to actualize organizational mission and strategy across multiple time horizons.
Hiring Requirements * Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) * 5+ years of experience in related field. * In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
