Position Overview Ames Tools Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This is an entry-level, in-office role ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas including product photography, training content, and visual asset creation. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping bring our products and brand to life across both traditional and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Assist with product photography, including setup, shooting, and basic editing Support the creation of training materials, including videos, presentations, and instructional content Design and produce graphics and visual assets for: Website and eCommerce platform Email marketing campaigns Social media Print materials (catalogs, flyers, signage, etc.) Help maintain and organize the company's digital asset library Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and content development Ensure brand consistency across all visual and marketing materials Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing department Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred) Familiarity with photography and lighting basics (DSLR experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, SEO) Work Environment This is a fully in-office position based at our headquarters in Suwanee, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours Collaborative, hands-on environment with direct exposure to real marketing projects Why Join Ames Tools?
