The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Director of Pastoral and Spiritual Care provides spiritual and administrative leadership for Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. The Director provides long-term vision, planning, and department goal setting and oversees the day-to-day operation of the department. Responsibilities include staff supervision for chaplains and therapeutic musicians, budget management, programming, policy formation, compliance oversight, and other duties expected of department level personnel.
