Your Role The Middle Markets Sales team is responsible for retaining existing membership and driving new business growth within the medium-to-large employer segment. The Account Service Representative, Consultant reports to the Senior Service Manager and plays a role in supporting a portfolio of fast growing, high visibility technology employer groups. In this role, the Account Service Consultant acts as a strategic service partner, proactively anticipating client needs, navigating, and resolving complex issues with speed, and safeguarding the overall client experience. You will work collaboratively with other team members to assist employers, and their employees navigate their healthcare needs.
