DIVISION: Grain SALARY RANGE: $18.00-$26.00 REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager STATUS: Non-Exempt Purpose and Summary Statement Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the CDL Driver is responsible for the day-to-day execution of product transportation for FS Grain. This role is responsible for safely operating trucks, completing scheduled deliveries and pickups, and ensuring the accurate and timely movement of grain to meet customer commitments and business objectives. This position reflects FS Grain's commitment to professionalism through organized execution, clear communication, and a strong presence when interacting with customers and team members. It demonstrates customer focus by providing reliable, timely service and responding to challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. The CDL Driver promotes safety and regulatory compliance in all driving and operational activities, reinforcing company standards and accountability. Through accurate documentation, responsible equipment operation, and consistent follow-through, the role upholds integrity. By maintaining a willingness to learn, adapt, and support team operations, the CDL Driver contributes to a culture of growth across the organization.
