The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Medical Officer and the broader Office of the Chief Medical Officer. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to manage complex work independently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information while coordinating across leaders, teams, and business partners. Why this role matters This role provides executive support to the Chief Medical Officer for Home & Community Care Delivery. The position is central to protecting executive capacity through calendar prioritization, travel and logistics coordination, follow-up management, document flow, leadership communications support, onboarding coordination, and sensitive approval and access workflows. The role also supports continuity across the Office of the Chief Medical Officer by helping keep priorities moving in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:
