About the Hiring Group

RTI Internationals internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects. The program is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, where interns can collaborate with experts in various fields.


What You'll Do

This internship is designed to provide a high school junior with hands-on experience while fulfilling course curriculum requirements. The intern will gain practical skills and contribute to projects starting on May 18, 2026, through June 2, 2026.

The intern will delve into the innovative application of AI in Human Resources, culminating in a project that delivers tangible results for our AI for HR initiatives. Coupled with the chance to shadow our laboratory technicians, this internship promises a well-rounded exposure to both the technical and strategic facets of our operations. With an additional finance exploration to understand the true business of RTI. This internship will provide a comprehensive learning journey in three business verticals:

  • Human Resources
  • Laboratory Sciences Technology
  • Finance

What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled as a high school junior
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independentlyand as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • This internship is unpaid and provides academic credit.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below. Our pay ranges represent national averages and may vary by location as a geographic differential may be applied to some locations within the United States. RTI considers multiple factors when making an offer including, for example: established salary range, internal budget, business needs, and education and years of work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is merely one element to our offer.
