Job Title: Junior HRIS Analyst Department: Human Resources Role Overview The Junior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the Dayforce HRIS platform across the organization. This position is responsible for day-to-day system support, data integrity, reporting, and configuration, ensuring that HR, Payroll, managers, and employees have a reliable and effective experience when interacting with Dayforce. This role partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, and HRIS leadership to resolve issues, improve system behavior, and support ongoing enhancements.
