We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Presentation Designer to join our Asset Servicing Deal Management Team. This role is located Lake Mary Fl. and Boston, MA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 7+ years of total work experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated expertise in presentation design, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating print-ready documents and high-quality presentation collateral for executive or client-facing use.
- Ability to visualize and simplify complex information, data, and business concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, including formatting accuracy, copy consistency, and compliance awareness.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with proven ability to work successfully under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to pick up and support projects midstream. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $69,000 and $183,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
