POSITION OVERVIEW:
Execute customer lifecycle marketing campaigns and programs to drive engagement and retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Creates and manages comprehensive email marketing campaigns and automated workflows for customer engagement.
  • Provides expertise in customer segmentation and targeting strategy development for lifecycle programs.
  • Maintains responsibility for building marketing automation sequences for different customer lifecycle stages.
  • Establishes campaign performance monitoring and optimization opportunity identification processes.
  • Implement customer onboarding and retention program support to enhance customer experience.
  • Drives collaboration with sales and customer success teams on lifecycle marketing coordination.
  • Supports A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives to improve program performance.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3) years Email Marketing or Marketing Automation experience
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
  • Customer-centric mindset
