KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide management coordination and oversight of Cyber Managed Services delivery of contracted services; work with client and KPMG stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver day-to-day engagement activities that meet client expectations for quality; monitor engagement execution and provide periodic and ad?hoc status reporting, identifying and communicating issues, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement to client stakeholders and engagement leadership
  • Give periodic and ad-hoc status to identify and communicate issues, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement to client stakeholders and engagement lead(s)
  • Build strong professional working relationships with client and KPMG personnel as a basis for engagement support, improved client tethering, and to identify and promote new opportunities for work beyond the existing engagement scope
  • Work with Technical Leads and KPMG Management to ensure appropriate skilled staff are assigned to be successful while meeting financial targets; provide coaching and mentoring of staff to encourage growth both within the engagement and at a personal level
  • Support KPMG Policies and standards particularly regarding workpapers, independence, and information protection
  • Keep KPMG engagement partner(s) and senior management aware of engagement progress, issues, and dependencies that may jeopardize engagement success
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in management roles with demonstrated depth in the IDM or cybersecurity domain.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college lor university in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline; certifications in relevant IDM tools a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, identity and access management (IDM) processes, and security controls within managed services environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, professional client?facing materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and engagement information to diverse audiences
  • Travel may be required based on business and client needs
