MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates must be either a junior or senior majoring in Public Health at SUNY Albany; AND must have completed at least nine (9) credits of public health major core coursework, including HSPH 201 and HSPH/EPI 231, prior to enrolling in HSPH 490.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Interest in environmental health, indoor air quality, or school health
  • Familiarity with evaluating sources for credibility (e.g., identifying government, academic, or evidence-based resources)
  • Experience organizing or managing information (e.g., spreadsheets, literature summaries)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of public health concepts or coursework in related subjects

  • Resource Identification and Gap Analysis
  • Data Organization and Tracking
  • Documentation and Communication

Hourly, grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required.
